Aims & Scope

IJMAP is committed to publishing high-quality, empirical and theoretical research at the intersection of management and psychology. Topics include organizational behaviour, leadership dynamics, human resource management, cognitive and social psychology in professional contexts, workplace well-being, decision-making, and cross-cultural management studies.

The journal welcomes quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods studies, literature reviews, and evidence-based conceptual papers that contribute meaningfully to both academic discourse and applied practice.

 

Peer Review Policy

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. The identities of both reviewers and authors are kept confidential throughout the evaluation to ensure objective, unbiased scholarly assessment.

  • Initial editorial screening within 5 business days
